Is there a minimum number of children required to schedule a painting party?
Yes, we require a minimum of 10 children to reserve an event. The cost per person is $25. The maximum number of participants is 20.
Are there age requirements?
Painting guests should be at least 5 years old. The age range of the majority of the participants will determine the complexity of the painting.
Can siblings and adults paint as well?
SURE! Everyone can get in on the fun! There is a $25 fee per person regardless of age, so all are welcome to paint!
Is a deposit required?
There is a 50% deposit required to reserve your event date. You should plan to schedule your event at least a month in advance. Our calendars fill up quickly.
When is the balance due?
The balance is due 48 hours prior to your party. We accept PayPal, credit cards, and cash only. If there are additional guests who paint at the party, we will account for them at that time.
How long does a party last?
Parties are scheduled for 2 hours. The painting itself should not take more than 1-1.5 hours, but we allow time for creative design and questions. Our team arrives 1 hour prior to the event time for set up and it takes approximately 30-45 minutes to break down.
What should the children wear?
We provide the painting aprons, but we suggest that all painters wear something comfortable that won't be ruined by a few splashes of paint! We won't be fingerpainting, but the paintbrushes aren't the only place we'll see paint!
What does Fun on a Brush provide?
We provide everything your child and his/her guests need to complete a masterpiece. This includes: an 11x14 canvas, floor or table easels depending on the party location (We LOVE painting outside!), paintbrushes, aprons, cups, and palettes. We even have a special gift for the birthday child!
My child would LOVE this! How do I schedule a party?
It's easy! Just complete the form and request your date. We will contact you within 24-48 hours to confirm your date or work with you to select an alternate date.
I've selected my party date, how do I pay the required deposit?
Once your party date has been confirmed, you can use PayPal to complete your deposit transaction within 24 hours. You will receive an invoice via email. PayPal is fast, convenient, and secure. You do not need a PayPal account to use this service.
Life happens. What is your refund policy in case I need to cancel or reschedule?
For children's parties, if you cancel up to three weeks prior to your event, we will happily refund your deposit 100%. Cancellations two to three weeks prior to your event are subject to a credit and can be applied to an alternate date. Cancellations within 7 days of the event will result in 100% forfeiture of the deposit and cannot be used as credit toward an alternate date.
